Sio2 Brands' original focus was in the construction industry, manufacturing and commercializing durable Sio2 (Silicon Dioxide) coatings. In the years since then, we have developed, manufactured, and distributed a whole series of Nano Ceramic Coating products. We now offer TriCure Technology to protect many surfaces, improving hydrophobicity, scratch resistance, adhesion, gloss retention, and chemical resistance.

TriCure Technology is a superior advancement in nano ceramic chemistry for protecting a wide variety of substrates for long-term service. TriCure Technology forms a diamond-hard silicon quartz/Hybrid surface while developing a superior molecular bond for permanent adhesion to most surfaces.
TriCure Technology achieves outstanding crosslink density and functionality versus competitive nano ceramic coatings on the market. This highly cross-linked chemistry, coupled with superior scratch resistance, chemical and UV stability, provides extremely durable surface protection and differentiates it from other protective coating products.
TriCure Technology also offers superhydrophobic effects, waterproofing, stain resistance, mold and mildew resistance, corrosion resistance, and permanent adhesion to most surfaces. Our Tricure Technology thin-film coatings are easy to apply, food contact safe, and non-toxic when cured.
Advanced Surface Protection
In the context of material science, TriCure Technology is a proprietary ambient-cure reaction process developed by Sio2 Brands for SuperMaxx ceramic coatings. TriCure Technology utilizes hybrid nanochemistry to create a dense, diamond-hard structure on various surfaces.
The Three-Stage TriCure Process:
Photoinitiated UV Reaction: Triggers an almost instant "tack-free" surface upon exposure to sunlight, preventing dust contamination.
Aminosilane Reaction: Strengthens the covalent bond between the coating and the underlying surface.
Alkoxysilane Sol-Gel Reaction: A moisture-cure process that builds a permanent, three-dimensional quartz structure during the backend cure.
Key Benefits: Provides 9H to 10H hardness, extreme chemical resistance, and superhydrophobic (water-repelling) properties.
